These are quiet, affordable apartments on the edge of an adorable small Michigan town. It's very peaceful here and the neighbors keep mostly to themselves. There hasn't been any noise issues and the walls seem very thick. And you can pay your rent online, which is very convenient.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and have never had a bad experience. Great location with clean, well maintained buildings. The management has been fantastic and is always friendly and fast. The maintenance man is very fast at fixing any problems that I've had and is always friendly as well. Very convenient walking distance to the balloon fest during the summer and downtown Howell.

Love these apartments! I have been here for just over a year and recently signed a new 1 year lease. Super spacious! Beautiful grounds. Any issues that arise are always handled very promptly. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking.
